My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Walter was found on a back country road left by his owner with a partial bag of food. We really have no idea how long he had been there. A local woman picked him up and took him in, but her dogs didn't take to him. So we are helping to find Walter a new home. Walter is still severely under weight, but weighs in at 99lbs! This boy has been through a lot and needs a quiet home with no children under the age of 10. He is still pretty jumpy with loud noises and isn't always quick to trust. The vet estimated him to be around 3-5 years, but we believe him to be on the younger side of that. He is very playful and loves to wrestle and roll in the grass. He seems to like other dogs but can be a bit overwhelming for other dogs because of his size, so a meet and greet would be necessary if you have other dogs. He is neutered and current on his vaccines. He does well in a crate and walks fairly well on a leash. For more information please contact us today.
