There are so many good things to say about Tootsie. Really, she is wonder puppy. So even keeled, fun, lovable, good temperament, loves other dogs, loves people, playful but not crazy, almost fully potty trained already (no accidents in almost a week!), and she has a battery operated tail that goes and goes and goes when you talk to her or pick her up. She's got personality, but she is not a difficult pup and has no bad habits.

Tootsie is about 16 weeks, about 11 lbs now, long bodied, sweet freckles on her feet, and a long tail with just a kiss of white on the tip. The tail is so long that she'll get it really going and it smacks her in her sides- quite amusing. She'll be a smallish or medium on the small side when full grown. Mama was a 13-15 lb mix and her daddy was clearly a mini basset mix down the street who was handsome and friendly. You can definitely see the basset in her long body. She loves to snuggle up next to our dogs or the big dogs in her foster home, so we know she does well with all sizes.
