Odie is a senior Jack Russell Terrier/Greyhound mix, a medium size guy with long legs who was not reclaimed by the pound when he landed there. This old fellow wants a retirement home, someone who wants a mellow dog to relax on the couch with but who can appreciate a little pep and throw his ball for him too! Better yet if that person wants a dog to do car rides and walks also and who likes to hand out treats! He is dog and cat friendly, good with all people and has some time still to love and be loved. Odie is housetrained (though expect some accidents as he transitions) and though he is cratetrained he is happiest (and quietest) left loose for the workday or confine to a room instead. He is an old dog with old dog health issues.. a heart murmur, some fatty lumps, an old man face.... and we all love him. He has a certain charm to him!
