Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PABLO IS A COURTESY LISTING. PLEASE FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AT WWW.AUGUSTADOGADOPTIONS.ORG AND IT WILL BE SENT TO HIS OWNER FOR CONSIDERATION.
Needs forever home. Pitbull/possibly vizsla mix. @ 11/2 years old. Neutered up to date on all vaccinations,on heart worm preventative. Was found in middle of busy street in poor condition, hungry and collar way too tight. Was taken to animal services but unclaimed. I rescued him and have been fostering him for @ 1 year although due to my current circumstances I am only able to have him 3
Days a week and he is boarded at a kennel the rest of the time. He has completed basic obedience class and currently in intermediate level class. Pablo knows all basic commands, leash trained. He is very intelligent and trainable and would do well with a person interested in continuing his training. He is loving, clownish, self confident, eager to please. Loves to take walks, rides, rarely barks and gets along well with other dogs including my pugs. Is very friendly . He has not been introduced to babies or small children or cats. He may not do well with cats. Pablo is energetic, strong and athletic. He is also very laid back and loves to curl up and sleep with his humans. Pablo would be a great running partner and the ideal home for him would be an active person or couple who will include him in walks, hiking, boating etc. Pablo seems to be getting depressed at the kennel and seems really sad when I have to take him back. He really needs a stable home where he knows he is part of a pack and has a permanent place to be.
