This is Athena! She is a sweet, shy young girl who needs a forever home.
Big fan of: Athena is super sweet and just wants to please. She is very food motivated and will be easy to train. She will require a ton of exercise and she would make an excellent jogging companion. This is the type of outlet she will need to keep you and her happy. She is at a very good weight and should stay that way. She is a very active dog that needs a very active home.
Special Features: She can be a bit leery of strangers so that can make it very hard for her here at the shelter. She will need to go to positive based obedience classes with you and this will help boost her confidence and will also help with the bond!
Dream Home: It would be nice to crate train her in her new home, and this will help with any anxiety. She will need a patient new family who will be gentle with her as she comes out of her shell.
