Hello,
My name is Knox. I am a Redbone Coonhound. I was sold at a yard sale and I was very sick. The dummies that had me did not know what to do with a puppy or how to feed me properly.
Those days are long gone and I am gorgeous and I am happy as all get out. I am healthy and I am ready for my own home. I have been neutered and am up to date on all of my shots and I am micro chipped. What a deal !
I am a perfect puppy, that means I am active and I am learning. I am super curious and I love to play with other dogs all sizes. I am also sensitive. If you tell me no with a firm voice, I will pout. I may even thow my head back and how for you. Oh yes I am verbal. So I would prefer to go to a home that loves the Hound Song. I can sing but not to the point that you need ear plugs. Only when I play and when you ignore me! :) Sometimes I howl because I am a Happy Hound...
I am well socialized with humans and with dogs...EVERYONE loves me. I mean look at me...of course they do.
The Adoption Donation for all CLHR Animals is $250 which includes all age approved Shots, spay/neuter, micro chip, full veterinary exam prior to Adoption.
1. Go to our web site and fill out an application..Nothing will move forward until you do.

2. We will give you a call within 7 Days after receiving a complete application
3. Once we speak to you and feel you are a good fit, we will set up a meet and greet
4. Once we meet and do a home visit we can then and only then finalize an adoption. Every member of your household must be present for this meeting
5. We do adopt out of state and will do a home visit out of state as well
6. You can either drive to pick up your pet or you can pay for transportation to have your pet delivered to you.
7. All animals in your house MUST be spayed/neutered unless you have medical documentation preventing you from doing so. NO EXCEPTIONS.
8. Unless you have outside working dogs we will not adopt to a home with outside dogs
9. Fence is not required.
10. Must be 25 or above to adopt (exceptions may be made case by case)
11. Adoption fee is $250 which includes a fully vetted/spayed/neutered/micro-chipped and up to date animal
12. The adoption fee is non negotiable
