My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Georgia is a sweet little girl looking for a home of her own. She has been in a foster home with children and other dogs and has done great with everyone. She is a terrific all around girl and is very easy to care for. She loves attention but doesn’t demand it. She likes to play but is not a roughhouser. Georgia is crate-trained and housebroken. She is a good size weighing only 19 lbs. and is a quiet girl, so would do well in an apartment or townhome. Georgia walks great on leash and would be so much fun to walk through the neighborhood or take on adventures at the park. She enjoys riding in the car and is smart and attentive to her humans. Georgia was one of many black dogs languishing in an overcrowded shelter. Thank goodness we were able to get her out. She sure is a sweetheart and is going to be a wonderful companion for some lucky person or family. If you would like to meet Georgia, the first step in our process is the adoption application which you can complete online at www.cedarfarmrescue.com . After you have submitted the form please call 336.251.8877 to make an appointment to visit with her at our adoption center in downtown Mocksville. We are there by appointment only. Georgia is 10 months old. She has been spayed and microchipped and is up to date on her shots. She is heartworm negative and on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. 58290
