My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lindy Lou is approx 1-2 yrs old. She weighs 23 lbs, she looks like a tibetan terrier/poodle mix. She is not hypo allergenic because she is a mix. She is very energetic and loves to run and play with the other dogs. She can be a little testy around food and is a diva, so world do better with other dogs that are more docile. She is very sweet and has a beautiful coat. She was so matted we had to have her totally shaved down. She seems to be pretty well house trained but not perfect and seems to do pretty well on a leash. She gets along really well with children, but being so active might not be good for children under 5 yrs as she may knock them over. She could benefit from some basic training, as she is still puppy-ish.
The total adoption cost of $425 includes the required interstate health certificate and transport ($225), spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a pre paid registration($200). The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. All our dogs are in foster care, there is no physical shelter. Some have not yet arrived in PA.
