Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Roxy
Color: Brown Brindle
Breed: Doberman Pinscher and Pit Bull Terrier Mix
Gender: Female
Age: 1 Year
Roxy is a high energy dog looking for a permanent, responsible home. She was really scared when she first arrived at the shelter but has quickly bonded to several staff members.
Big fan of: Her people and exercising! Once Roxy gets attached to you, she is very affectionate and wants to be with you all the time. This is not a dog who will handle being alone for long periods of time. Roxy needs a person who is very active like her and she will make a great running and hiking partner.
Special Features: It is mandatory that Roxy be signed up for positive based obedience classes before her adoption can be finalized. This will help teach her acceptable behavior. Roxy needs to learn proper manners when playing with people and other dogs as she is a rough player and does better with other bully breeds who enjoy her rough play style.
Dream Home: An adult only home with someone who can spend time socializing her with new people and other dogs is the best match for her. She does well with male dogs but has no tolerance for other female dogs, even submissive ones. It would be best for Roxy to be an only dog right now as she will need a consistent exercise, feeding and training schedule. This will take some serious commitment from the right family who can devote a lot of time and attention to her. She should not live with cats, as she did not do well with them at her last home.
