My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Louie is a one- year- old probably Westie or Shih Tzu, but has no papers. He is white with apricot markings, long hair, and weighs 11 lbs. and 2 oz. He was surrendered to ARF by a family that felt that they couldn't give him the time he deserved because they all worked. Louie was shy initially when he came to his foster home, but warmed up quickly. He is best buddy with another foster dog. Cats? His previous family says that he is housebroken. They have had him since he was a when he was given to them by a breeder friend.
