My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Simba is a super sweet senior boy. He likes everyone he meets and also likes other dogs. He was rescued from euthanasia in a high kill shelter. When rescued Simba was very thin with huge stickers all over his coat. He had a tumor on his rear leg which we had removed that was malignant. The surgeon removed surrounding tissue and now Simba is healthy and ready for a home of his own. He does have partial hearing loss most likely due to his hard life in the past. His coat is starting to grow back in after being shaved down due to the horrible stickers which were very painful for him. Simba enjoys getting pets and chest scratches. He likes to go in the sprinklers on a hot day to cool off. He is a calm and gentle boy who never barks. He is a very easy dog to take care of and would love to have a family of his very own .Simba is an indoor dog only. He enjoys being inside laying on a doggie bed or rug.
