My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Too cute! Taylor is between 4-5 months old and is a mixed breed boy. Our guess is Bpxer and Chow any guesses? He is a beautiful red color with a curly cue tail and black whiskers. He was dumped over someone’s fence during the MN cold spell. They couldn’t keep him because of the landlord, so CARES took him in to help him find a wonderful, forever home. He weighs about 42#, but he is still growing a bit.


Taylor is a typical puppy! He likes to play and chew and play and chew and play and chew. He is a pretty smart boy who figures out how to get his way. He loves to be by his person at all times. He is very agile, he would be a fun agility dog.


He is crate trained and appears to be house trained. He gets along with other dogs, cats, and children. He is a puppy who likes being busy, so he would be great for an active family.


Taylor hasn’t had such a great start at life, but he’s just taken it in stride. Who wants to give the adorable boy his forever home?



This dog's adoption fee is $220 (plus tax). This includes being spayed/neutered, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (negative) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar (if the fee ends in a 5), and is currently learning Basic Obedience commands and good doggie manners.
