Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Big Boss! Boss was found as a stray and after many attempts to find his home, we ended up taking him into our rescue so he could find a loving family to take care of him. Boss is a big boy! We are thinking he's a Dogo Argentino mix of some sort. He may look intimidating, but he is the most lovable, sweet, goofy boy you'll ever meet! He gets along great with all dogs, people, children, and cats! He loves his stuffed animals and really enjoys sleeping in the bed with his foster parents (although he can snore quite loudly!). He's been to the dog park and has done very well! Boss is neutered, up to date on all vaccines, heart worm negative and microchipped so he's all ready to go for his new family!
Our adoption process begins with you meeting Boss. Feel free to schedule a play date with him and your existing pets. After you fill out an application, we will verify your references and do a brief home inspection. If all goes well, we will deliver Boss to you for a small adoption fee. You will also have the option to purchase an extra large wire kennel for an additional fee. We then ask that you sign our adoption contract. We will also do a follow-up visit approximately two weeks to one month after the adoption to insure that Boss is adjusting well to his new home and that he is happy and healthy.
We feel our adoption process is the best way to vet good owners and to guard against people seeking dogs for dog fighting, bait dogs, and/or dog sales. We only have our rescue dogs' best interests in mind and we do everything we can to insure that they go to the very best home and that it's the perfect fit.
