Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This poor boy just desperately wants to be loved. You can see it in his eyes in the photos. We got so many extreme closeups because the moment we approached with the camera, he had his paw on the bars of the kennel to try to get closer to us for petting and treats.
Bo was adopted just two months ago, and now, barely a week after his first birthday, he's found himself back at the shelter.
His adopters said he played too rough with their much, much smaller Yorkie, but the main problem was that his primary caregiver went back to school, so now no one in the family has time for this lovable guy who just wants to belong. He's already sharing a kennel with Mikala, the 4 year old Boxer/Catahoula mix, and they're getting along great.
But their loss is your gain because Bo is a fantastic dog who will be a wonderful addition to a family that wants to truly welcome him with open arms. He deserves it.
You can meet Bo at the shelter Monday through Saturday 1pm to 7pm. He's a 1 year old Pit/Shepherd mix. He weighs roughly 65 pounds and is already housebroken as well as basic obedience trained. He has already been neutered, heartworm tested, full vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated and microchipped, so he's ready to join your family right away.
