These southern beauties named after former presidents and first ladies were born in rescue after their mom, a Black and Tan Coonhound was found wandering down a road. Thankfully one of our seasoned volunteers spotted her and was able to get her to safety. She gave birth shortly after getting settled in her new foster home where she was safe, comfy and well fed. There are 8 babies in this litter and they are as sweet as chocolate pie. They were born on January 4th and will be ready to travel to their forever homes at the end of March. If you are looking to add some sweet love to your home, look no further.
This puppy is spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative.
For non-MA adopters, the adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid prior to your pup's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on puppies that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $75 fee will be added for puppies picked up from our Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. MA residents are no longer allowed to adopt from our adoption center or our adoption events due to MA regs. All MA adoptions must be finalized prior to the puppy leaving our care in TN.
