My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Brooke. Here’s her story from her Foster Mom. Brooke is an approximately 10 month old female Terrier mix. She was found wandering close to a freeway by a local business owner. Hard to believe that no one would have come looking for this little girl. She has endless energy like many Terriers do. She is friendly with dogs of all sizes and is happy to meet people she is unfamiliar with. She is crate trained, walks fairly well on a leash (this is where the endless energy plays a big part) and eats and potties without any problems when on the road traveling. She needs some more work on house training but I feel she wouldn’t have any problem if she had access to a doggy door or continued training without a doggy door. Brooke enjoys playing fetch and she loves her tuggy and playing Tug – O – War. Brooke knows how to Sit, and Lie Down and we are working on Sitting Pretty.

I feel that she would excel as an Agility or Flyball dog. I have been using positive reinforcement training and Brooke responds very well using this method. I don’t believe Brooke would do well in a home with young children as she is young puppy herself.
