AVAILABLE 11-07-13 Roscoe is a handsome little dog with his black and white coat. He seems to look like a Pit Bull/Dalmatian mix. He came into the shelter when his owner was evicted from their home and Roscoe was left there. They didn't stop by the Shelter to take him to their new place and now he is looking for a good forever home. He likes most dogs and loves going for walks. Roscoe is heartworm negative and now up to date on shots including his one year rabies shot. He will want a home with plenty of love, food and fun. He loves to eat treats and lounge on blankets. Roscoe is a loving dog and just needs a loving home to feel secure and happy for years to come. So come on onto the Shelter in Elizabeth City and reward Roscoe with your love by making him part of your family - you won't be sorry.
