Jacob is a male Havanese/Poodle mix approximately 10 months to 1 year in age. He has very soft, jet black curls that are non-shedding. Jacob has been professionally groomed and currently has a shorter haircut. He has a pretty white patch of fur on his chest and a few chocolate brown wisps around his face. Jacob is a nice, sturdy size, weighing in at 16 pounds full grown. He has an adorable, compact, round body with a perky, curly Q tail. He is a beautiful young dog. Jacob is fun, peppy, and has a lively manner about him. He appears to be super smart and observant, catching on to things around him immediately. He loves to be part of the family and can handle lots of activity and attention. He basks in constant petting, snuggling, and adoration. Jacob would be a great kids dog because he can keep up easily with childrens' activity levels. He loves to go for walks on leash and is great out and about. Jacob is good with other dogs and will play on occasion when he feels like it. Mostly, he loves to be petted and is always the first in line for a tasty treat. He likes it best when all of the attention is centered around him. Jacob will thrive in a home where he can be included in daily family life. He rides well in the car and loves to stare out the window at things. He was brought in to a very high-volume/high-kill shelter as a stray. Jacob is a gorgeous dog and a real find. He is very healthy and ready for his new forever home today!
Jacob’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Jacob is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Sharon and is ready for his forever home.
