Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Star is a precious 3 legged puppy who was surrendered to the shelter by her owners because they could not afford to properly take care of her. In spite of her badly broken leg, she was a sweetheart and the staff at the shelter fell in love with her and named her Star because of the white star on her chest. WSAL rescued her from the shelter and had her leg checked out. Unfortunately due to the severity of the break, her leg had to be amputated. She is healing very well and getting along fine with 3 legs. She is very loving and playful and ready for her fur-ever home. Remember for each foster adopted out another one can be rescued from the shelter!

Adoption Fee- $125.00 for dogs. (Puppies require extra shots and we ask for an extra $5.00 for each extra set of shots. They usually receive 3 to 4 sets. The initial shots are included in the $125.00.)
Vouchers for the state required spay and neuters as well as microchipping, a wellness check (at Banfield Ridgmar location only with copy of adoption agreement), rabies vaccinations, HW testing (as needed) and any vaccinations due at the time of the spay/neuter are included in the adoption fee. Voucher Services provided by T-CAP (Texas Coalition for Animal Protection).
