Heavenly Angels Animal Rescue

Animal rescue in Ozone Park, NY

We are a not-for-profit "no-kill" animal shelter. We need donations and volunteers to help us and the animals.

We are aware that not everyone could adopt one of our beloved's and bring them into their forever homes. There are other ways in which you, animal lovers can help us!

-Donate to us. Because we are a 501(C)(3) organization. we need some donations from the public for our animals. Whether it's a few: cents, dollars, Dog/Cat food, crates/kennels of all sizes, dog bowls, leashes, collars, litter boxes, toys, Blankets, towels, etc.; the animals would be most grateful as well as us! Please notify us what you will be donating and when.

-Attend our events. Aside from holding adoption events, we hold fundraising events. It would be most helpful for our organization and animals if you and anyone else could come!

-Foster our animals. It is impossible to give a temporary safe haven to all the animals in need. We need responsible foster parents to take care of our animals temporarily until a forever home is found for them.

If interested, please e-mail us and arrangements can be made. But remember, it is still a responsibility of taking care of a pet!

Rescue FAQs

The mission of the Heavenly Angels Animal Shelter is to facilitate the placement of animals from puppy mills, owner surrenders, high kill shelters, or just abandoned and place them in desirable loving homes; We are foster based, and we have dogs at a boarding facility. We provide food, shelter and health care. All of our animals are spay/neutered .The animals in our care, are our guests, and are never euthanized merely because we lack space or because the animal’s stay with us has exceeded a predefined amount of time. We are non-profit and able to do this only through the help of our volunteer and donations
